What is the best shampoo to make my hair really straight?

I have really curly, thick, shoulder length hair and I want it to be straight and silky. All of my family has thick hair, but it is straight. My mom won't let me use a straightening iron, but if anyone can recomend a shampoo that will make it straight that I can buy at safeway or walmart or some other grocery store, I would appreciate it so so much! Also, I already tried Sunsilk straightening shampoo but it did not help! =(What is the best shampoo to make my hair really straight?
it isnt in the shampoo, it wont make yer hair straight. you need a straight iron. now if your ma is concerned with you burning your hair, there is different products like glossing polish that will keep your hair healthy during the straightining. What is the best shampoo to make my hair really straight?
We are so alike. My hair is really long, wavy, and super thick. I use Hello Hydration shampo by Herbal Escence. It is in a blue bottle, %26amp; If your mom doesnt let you use a starightening iron try blow drying your hair straight. If you get a rounded brush, and you take pieces of your hair and blow dry it along with pulling your hair straight with the brush it will make it a lot straighter, the shampo I told you about will help not make the blow dryer make it puffy.

GOOD LUCK!
use loreal and then straiten ur hair with hot comb
try using Herbal Essences Strightening Shampoo and Conditioner... WORKS WONDERS lol then blow dry your hair with a round brush then straighten it =)
I had this really good shampoo and conditioner because i used to straighten my hair all the time and I had to give up because it was damaging. It's called straight sexy hair and has a relaxer in it. Here you go! It's really good.

Herbal essences body envy.

Then when you get out of the shower blow dry soon so your hair does not start to dry on its own.

Then try not to brush too much because it will get frizzy and eventually curl.
pantene is really good. (the smooth and silky i believe) however be sure to rotate it with a different shampoo once in a while. b/c it tends to allow a fair amount of buid up (probably why it works)
The ideal shampoo would be a professional product, but an over-the-counter shampoo would be one that has a lot of silicone in the ingredients. Pantene straight would be a good choice. For the best result for straight hair would ideally be an iron. Would your Mom consider large sponge rollers? Then you could achieve a larger, softer wave versus ';curly';.
OMG!!! I had the same problem but I totally know the answer to this. Use John Frieda Frizz Ease shampoo and conditioner and then put the Frizz Ease shine serum in your hair right after you get out of the shower. Then blow dry your hair in sections with a flat paddle brush. That should do the trick!!
