I've used Pantene and Head and Shoulders and have been happy with them but they made my hairy oily quickly. What's a good shampoo to use? I have oily roots and dry ends. Please help! What is the best shampoo and conditioner to use?
My hair dresser told me that Pantene is crap :( I use Nioxin, which is a good all around light cleanser. I've also used Biolage, which was great. The only regular brand I'll use is Garnier Fructisse. What is the best shampoo and conditioner to use?
man i have the same problem ... you pay for quality ... something all natural ... maybe nexus ... something salon quality works good for me. but if it has to be something cheep try sunsilk
Try Biolage from the hair store. I have oily hair as well and my stylist suggested it to me. It works pretty well.
Redkin I believe also has a new line out for this.
Also Pantene has a ';Wax'; in it that will make your hair shinny but really cause a large build up. I don't suggest Pantene anything.
I have found all DOVE products are excellent and have been using them for the past 10 years. Great soap, shampoo, body lotion etc. I am 57yrs old and my hair and skin looks like a 47yr old!!! ';Look 10 years younger in 10 days'; ha ha.
Also, using Dove soap in the shower doesn't leave soap residue on the glass - easy for cleaning.
I use Mane N' Tail and love it. It makes hair really soft and shiny and it helps it grow faster. It was originally developed as horse shampoo and conditioner but when horse owners saw how nice it made their horses coats they wanted the same results and started using it on themselves. However, many people say it works really well but others have used it and hated it. Just give it a try. Tresseme and Garnier Fructis both work really well too.
Herbal Essence Drama Clean!
IT SMELLS GREAT AND MAKES YOUR HAIR NOT OILY AND NOT DRY.
ITS SOOOOOO GREAT.
Aussie Cleanse and Mend for Oily Roots and Dry Ends is good.
