What is the best shampoo and conditioner for thick, wavy puffy hair?

I have very thick, wavy and puffy hair. I wish my hair was a lot thinner, and straighter than it is now. It looks really dry and the opposite of greasy. I like to have my hair long so it covers my big ears, but i really need a good shampoo and conditioner.What is the best shampoo and conditioner for thick, wavy puffy hair?
