just use a normal mild tearless puppy shampoo and rinse it properly, follow by a final rinse with diluted apple cider vinegar, 1/2 tsp of acv to 1 cup of water. It will help to cure and prevent dander and itchy skin.What is a good shampoo to use on puppies to reduce dander?
if the puppy is dirty than a bath is need. if not a bath can cause more dander.. make sure that you are feed a good quality puppy food.
I use vet recommended Hylyt shampoo. I can't say enough good things about it. Down side, it's expensive compared to store brand shampoos. To get it, check with your vet or on line stores. Along with the shampoo, I use Eukanuba lamb and rice dry dog food and for treats I give them brewers yeast with garlic tablets. They love the taste and it's great for their coats. (I have an Australian Shepard and a German Shepard)
