very little I think I would try a teaspoon, or use a 1/2 cup of white vinegarHow much shampoo to use as a substitude for laundry detergent in a load? Thanks?
You will be making lots of bubbles, but don't know how clean your laundry will be. Laundry Detergents are formulated to clean grease, stains, and the like. Shampoo is not meant to substitute for detergent. There are other ways you can use up your shampoos though; got a pet? They would enjoy a bath in your unused shampoo. Mix all your little shampoos together with some grease-cutting product to make an all-purpose cleaner. Wash your car, your boat or give them to a young neighbor to wash his bike or his pet. You won't be very happy with a washing machine full of soapsuds that will be hard to rinse out of your clothes. Have a neighbor you haven't met yet? Go knock on the door and ask to borrow some laundry detergent; people love to be helpful to someone in distress!
I have used it before. And I would just use half the bottle per load.
go to the store and get some laundry detergent

it will not foam up as much and has the proper cleaning mixture
just use 1/2 of a small hotel shampoo bottle..and see how that works
