Shampoo???

is john Freda a good brand i use it i am just wondering if their is anything in there to damage my hair.Shampoo???
its really good but very pricey!

Honestly, I hear John Freda is pretty good, I actually use Creme of nature, that work good, and it untangles hair

I'm going to say that no it isn't b/c it really doesn't work with my hair - I tried the stuff that supposed to bring out the color with naturally blonde hair...it just made my hair feel like straw. I like Aussie - it's cheaper, and it feels and looks amazing in blonde hair!
no that shampoo is fine and tends to work well . as long as u use conditioner after =]

yeah i like john frienda, but i would totally pick herbal essences or pantene prov over it. i used one of the shampoos and conditioners and it kinda dried my hair. so i havent used it since. i recommened pantene or herbal essences..
it is good but very expensive try panteen pro v instead
