What's the difference between dry shampoo and normal shampoo?

Like can you use both at the same time?What's the difference between dry shampoo and normal shampoo?

Dry shampoo is for when your hair is feeling really oily and you don't have time to wash it so you spray some on your roots and it absorbs the oil. Regular shampoo is for use in the shower for when you wash your hair.
You usually use dry shampoo in between washes to soak up the oil that builds up by the scalp.


I would assume that you could use both at the same time, but I don't exactly see why.
that would defeat the purpose. dry shampoo soaks up oil from your hair and cleans it while regular shampoo just cleans it.
